Not the longest of par 4's but a demanding hole requiring two accurate shots to a testing green three quarters surrounded by water. A long iron or fairway wood struck at the fairway bunker down the right side of the fairway, which is 280 yds to carry from the tee, which will eliminate the driver for most, This will leave you in perfect position as the fairway has a gentle right to left slope bringing the tee shot to finish on the left side of the fairway. Any tee shot right of this will be blocked out in the tress, anything down the left of the fairway runs the risk of running out into the trees.
There are some tricky pin positions on this green, front left or back left requiring perfect club selection and accuracy, anything short will find water or will fall off from the banks into the hazard, left or long will also find the water, bail out right and there is a bunker waiting and from in here there will be a nervy shot to the pin with the water looming. Once on the green you will find some awkward sloping putts. Make a par here or avoid disaster and you feel very happy going to the last hole.
