The course

Hole 18

A good finishing hole with a demanding tee shot. The 18th hole generally plays into the prevailing wind and with it being slightly uphill plays further than its yardage says.

The drive needs to be well struck to get over the two fairway bunkers down the right hand side so a line just inside the bunkers is perfect but be careful right of the bunkers a large oak tree comes into play, and left then there is a large tree that will interfere with your second shot which will make finding the green difficult.

The green is partially out of view due to the large bunker that protects the whole of the front of the green, which makes it difficult to judge your distance control. Make sure you are below the pin on this because above the pin putting downhill is a very fast putt.
